Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://ramstaxicabmaui.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Services. RAM'S Taxi Cab provides Taxi Service, Car Service, Shuttle Service, Island Tour Ride, Airport Taxi, Airport Shuttle and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. RAM'S Taxi Cab (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Warranty Disclaimer. RAM'S Taxi Cab makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of RAM'S Taxi Cab arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify RAM'S Taxi Cab from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. HI law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in HI.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
